Community invited to experience innovative neuroarts programs designed to support brain health and well-being

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (April 6, 2026) – In recognition of World Parkinson’s Day, Mind, Music, & Movement Foundation for Neurological Disorders (M3F) is inviting the community to take part in free programs throughout the month of April. Designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions, these classes offer an opportunity to experience the power of movement, music, and mindfulness in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Throughout the month, M3F will offer free classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, including Dance for Fluidity, Chorus, Boxing, Yoga (as well as Caregiver Yoga), Movement & Balance, Core Strength, Mindful Meditation, and Support Groups for both members and caregivers.
These programs are thoughtfully designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s dementia, stroke, and other neurological conditions—as well as the loved ones who support them. Through engaging, evidence-based approaches, participants can boost neuroplasticity, improve movement and mobility, and enhance overall mental well-being—all while building meaningful connections within the community.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals and families to experience firsthand how our programs can make a difference,” said M3F Founder and CEO Beth Elgort. “We are proud to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired.”
This free month of programming is made possible through the generous support of M3F donors and the Boca Rio Foundation.
Program location is 2726 Burns Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 and is open to all levels of ability. No prior experience is necessary. To view the full schedule or to register for a free class, visit Mind, Music, & Movement Foundation at m3f.org or call (561) 510-8611. This offer is valid through April 30, 2026.
